Roku is updating now to version 14.  Was it locked at version 12.0 because of the reset-loop problem I had a year and a half ago?

Restarting...

Installing more updates...

And D+ seems to be working now.  Thanks!

Thanks for confirming. We currently don't have further information as to why it's stuck on OS version 12, but rest assured that moving forward, your device will receive new OS updates.
