This device is trash! Mines doing the same thing. I’ve restarted and restarted and and unplugged and unplugged. It’s frozen on Disney plus!

The remote Disney+ button is stuck.
tried a repair of the electronic card without success.
removed the batteries, now using a retired iPhone as remote control
That’s not working. When the device powers on, it goes automatically to Disney + and freezes up.
