Ive been watching crunchyroll just fine on my roku tv and i subscribed via my tv and the other day it randomly logged me out and when i went to use the email i have it shows an account from 2021 with an anime i never even heard of in season 4? And when i try any other email i have it says theres no account linked to it (duh) but then i try to just give up and get premium on the account it does show it says “youre already subscribed to this channel please sign in to this channel to start streaming you can manage your subscriptions at myroku.com” but when i go to it it just says to cancel auto renew WHICH I DID. Im so frustrated with this and cruncy roll wont do anything since I’ve subscribed via roku. Im just tryna watch fairytail

Can you confirm if you've created another email and password for your Crunchyroll account? If so and it would not let you sign in, we highly recommend reaching out to the channel provider to verify your account.
