Bad advice, JohnB. This is not going to be fixed by a restart.
The problem is that a Roku search finds a version of Hamlet on The Roku Channel, but the description returned is NOT for the version that is currently available on The Roku Channel.
As is stated in the original post, the search results indicate it is the Ethan Hawke version from 2000, when what actually plays on The Roku Channel is a version with William Houston, also from 2000.
The problem is with the data in Roku's database, not with @tktkennedy11's Roku or with The Roku Channel channel app itself. I expect the data on this film comes from whatever source supplies Roku with this film, and even they may be getting their data from some other film database. It's easy to see how one Hamlet version from 2000 could be confused with another.
This needs to be reported to whomever it is in the Roku organization that rides herd on this stuff so it can be rectified.
