Have you tried to remove the app/channel, reboot your device's system, then add the app/channel back again? If not, follow the steps provided below:
- Remove the app/channel: press Home > highlight the channel you wish to remove > press Star* > select Remove channel
- Reboot your device's system: press Home > Settings > System > System restart
- Add the app/channel back again: press Home > select Store > select Channels and find the app/channel you wish to add > select Add channels
If the issue is still persistent, we highly suggest you contact the channel provider directly, as many channels/apps on Roku are created, provided, and maintained by the channel services/providers themselves.
