I don’t know if this is a problem that needs to be addressed by Roku or Paramount Plus+. I’m currently watching CSI on Paramount and there have been a couple episodes where sign language is used and no translations in the closed captions were included. So unless you understand sign language you miss out on chunks of dialogue.
That would be a Paramount+ issue.
