I'm having the same issue. I'm in SA where F1 is available. Did you ever sort this problem out?
I am seriously regretting buying this TV box when they can't be bothered to offer support in most countries nor are you warned before you buy it. I'm one very unhappy customer.
Hi @KellyGerms,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We understand that you are unable to install F1 TV and We're sorry to hear that you've been having this trouble. We understand your sentiments regarding this and we would feel the same way.
Please be advised that we currently do not have a dedicated Roku presence in Saudi Arabia at this time, so it is very likely the channel is not currently available on the Roku platform. You'll want to contact that channel directly for more information about their service available on the Roku platform.
We hope to expand real soon, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,
Mary

SA would be South Africa where ALL channels are greyed out. One has to wonder why people resort to piracy! There ARE other markets out there that are not the US you know!
Welcome to the Roku Community, @Shukran!
Thanks for posting your concern about the availability of channels in South Africa. We'd like to share further information about this.
Please be aware that the Roku streaming platform is US-based. Though there are some channels that may be available in your region, Roku players are not officially marketed or sold to that country. Also, Roku streaming devices will vary from region to region.
A Roku device will work in any location; however, depending on each channel provider's discretion, most channels may not be available on your device in that location.
We hope this clears everything up. Feel free to let us know if you need further help.
Best regards,
Carly
I subscribe to Prime Video (among others) and Prime is greyed out - the fact that Roku is only intended for US distribution it makes no sense that Prime not be available for DL in South Africa. There are nearly 9 billion people that live outside the US, get your act together. Roku devices are readily available here - I bought mine in the UAE though where it is equally as useless!
Hi, @Shukran.
Thanks for responding. We appreciate your feedback and will share it with the team in our endeavor to offer the Roku streaming platform
In the meantime, you may check our website to help you learn more about the regions Roku is being offered.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
Best regards,
Carly
