As you can see on the URL here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! there were 3 videos (for May 26, 27 and 29) so far I expected to see but were not available, and that set of videos was why I got involved with the subscription altogether. Were those parts of episodes not made, or is there a technical problem?
Roku doesn't create that content. Rather, that's programming from Fox Nation. That would be the best place to start.

I noticed a while ago that ones from May 26 and May 31 were added here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! but I saw they were after my first post here. But since the ones from May 27, May 29 and June 1 are still missing I rest my case. Plus, it took too long for the one from the twenty-sixth to show up.
The impression that those videos are updated are still on a page for "Roku".
Roku simply connects to the servers from the content creator. Fox, in this instance. Roku does not store the content, Roku does not host the content, Roku is simply a device that allows a connection between you and the content.
If content isn't available on a Roku device, it's because it's not being made available via the servers from the content creator, Fox.
If there's a glitch in what's displayed as available versus what is actually available, that's because there is a glitch with the content creator, Fox.
Start with Fox.

Just now I noticed that there's even no videos on the page that's here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! now but maybe that will change. If you find any of those videos for June of 2022 then please let me know.
Just now here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! I noticed ones from the first and second days of June but that was after my last post here and it still does not explain the missing ones.
Anything listed about a Fox app/service on the Roku Channel Website is information received from Fox. Roku doesn't control what Fox provides, nor does Roku control the content that Fox provides within the app.
If content is missing, that's Fox. You will not find an explanation from Roku on why Fox doesn't have something they say they'll have. Again, anything showing on the Roku Website about Fox content is what Fox gave to Roku. You really need to contact Fox about this.

Just now I saw that there's ones from June 6 and June 7 here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! but not from June 3. I also don't see any from June 8 or 9 so far. I'm not claiming that "Roku" is responsible but am providing updates now in case there's curiosity. Maybe there will be significantly more videos added then what I expect now.
Just now I saw that there's none from June 9 and June 10 but there is one from June 8 here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! included.
None from June 13 or 14 but is from June 9 here https://therokuchannel.roku.com/details/9f68b86a047452d783f16eed91a7a829/the-dan-bongino-show-on-fox...! now.
