Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? What specific title are you experiencing this issue with?

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted and we will be able to assist you further.

There are a few things you can try if you're having trouble playing VOD (Video On Demand) titles in the Roku Channel:

  1. Check your internet connection: Make sure that your device is connected to a stable and fast internet connection. If you're using a wireless connection, try moving your device closer to the router to improve the signal strength.

  2. Restart your device: Restarting your device can sometimes resolve any issues you're experiencing with the Roku Channel. To restart your device, go to the Home screen and select "System Restart" from the Settings menu.

  3. Check for updates: If you're using an older version of the Roku Channel, it might not be compatible with certain VOD titles. To check for updates, go to the Home screen and select "System update" from the Settings menu.

  4. Check the title's availability: Some VOD titles may not be available in all regions or may not be compatible with certain devices. If you're unable to play a specific title, you may need to check with the content provider to see if it's available in your region or on your device.

If none of these steps help, you may need to contact Roku's customer support for further assistance.
