Hi I went to new and updated but do not see the channel peacock to add. I could add it by logging into my Roku account in a laptop.
how do I get the Roku express to list the channel?
Where are you located? If you're not in a region officially supported by Roku your channels/apps will be limited.
NBC says it wrote its NBC Peacock app for Roku to be compatible with the following Roku models (Check your model number via Settings > System > About):
(Current as of February 4, 2022. Check the source listed below for updates.)
Roku 2 (4210X model only)
Roku 3 & 4 (model 4200X or later)
Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600X or later)
Roku Express/Express+ (model 3900X or later)
Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920X or later)
Roku Ultra/Ultra LT (model 4640X or later)
Roku TV and Smart Soundbar (model 5000X or later)

Thanks. That is correct as I was trying an older Roku.
I connected a second Roku device (Roku Express) late last night and that worked like a charm. Love it!
I’m trying to find how to fix Peacock Roku channel. It doesn’t open at all on Roku and Peacock website account doesn’t list Roku as a device. Is there a resolution here?? Please help.
Sure New Orleans is acceptable
Hi @Eamjr56,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community.
We're here to help. Does the issue only occur on Peacock TV or on other channels installed on your Roku device? Do you receive an error code or message when trying to access the channel? If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
Keep us posted on how it goes.
Regards,
Nimfa
