Hi @drenkin
Welcome to the Roku Community!
If you've canceled your Shudder subscription and are still seeing the app on your Roku device, it's possible that the app was not properly uninstalled. Here are the steps to uninstall the Shudder app from your Roku device:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Using the arrow buttons, navigate to the Shudder app on the home screen.
- Once the app is highlighted, press the asterisk (*) button on your remote to open the options menu.
- Select "Remove channel" from the options menu, and press the OK button on your remote to confirm.
- If prompted, select "Remove" to confirm the deletion of the app.
- After following these steps, the Shudder app should be uninstalled from your Roku device. If it still appears on your home screen, try restarting your Roku device by unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a few seconds, and then plugging it back in.
We hope it helps!
Warm regards,
Lianna
