Where are you located?
From https://www.starplus.com/:
Star+ is not available in the United States. In the United States? Get the Disney Bundle to stream the best movies, shows, and sports. Only $12.99 / Month. Terms apply.
Star+ is a standalone general entertainment and sports streaming service in Latin America. It is complementary to, but independent from Disney+ in the region. The service is the home for exclusive premieres of general entertainment TV series and movies from The Walt Disney Company’s content studios, including Disney Television Studios, FX, 20th Century Studios, Star Original Productions, National Geographic Original Productions and more, and the streaming service for live sports from ESPN, the most respected and renowned brand for sports fans in the region.
Disney's Star+ is only available in Latin America. It is not available in USA.

I'm in Brazil. Star+ has been available for Roku here for a few months now, the issue is I can't find the app to install...

paulamorben any chance your Roku user account was created when you were located somewhere other than Brazil? Or if you were using a VPN, which can alter your actual location? The only way you can access country-specific content is if you're located within that country, AND your Roku user account is linked to that country. If your user account is linked elsewhere, your only choice is to create a new user account while located in Brazil and link your Roku devices to the new account.

Channel availability can be restricted to specific geographical locations. Since I'm in the US, I can't see some channels that are only available in South America, or perhaps the UK or France. Your Roku user account is locked to a geographical location. It's based on where you were located when you created the account. So even if you're currently in a location that a channel is supported, but your user account is based on a location it's not supported, you'll never see the channel available.
I did a quick search in the US channel store, and the only channel I could find with a name close to that is StarTV+, which appears to be something that can be used to access an existing TV subscription (likely a cable company offering).

There have been a few threads here about Star+ over the years. As far as I have seen, Star+ hasn’t gotten around to making a Roku app yet. So, please let Star+ know that you would like a Roku app. I can’t guarantee they will ever create an app but it doesn’t hurt to let them know there are more potential customers.
