We've started seeing reports of individual installed channel apps not being shown in the home page channel grid. These channels can be found and accessed via a channel search but this method is not very convenient.
This has been reported with a number of different installed channel apps, so it may be a random glitch not tied to any particular channel app.
Two methods have been reported as means of removing the channel app in the hope that a re-install will now be visible in the home page channel grid. Note that these methods remove the channel app itself from your Roku account, but do NOT cancel any paid subscription you may have for this channel.

VIA ROKU REMOTE APP ON ANDROID AND IOS DEVICES
When in the Roku remote app on your mobile device:
• If necessary, click "Devices" at the bottom of the screen, and connect to one of your Roku devices.
• Again at the bottom of the first screen click on the "Search" magnifying glass and search for your channel.
• Click AND HOLD the channel you wish to remove (a quick click will bring up the remote controls instead).
• Click on "Remove" and confirm.-------------------------------------------------------------------------
[Note added 7 Jun 2025: The moderators seem to have removed mention of the second method which involved using a "secret menu" option which is not officially supported by Roku.]

Worked great, thank-you.

This works only as a method to REMOVE an app, but it does nothing to let an app be installed from the Roku website. I've tried loading several different apps through channelstore.roku.com, through two different Roku accounts, and none of them showed up on any of my three Roku devices or Roku TVs.
An app will appear on the home screen only if it's installed through the Roku home screen menu or the mobile app. Hoping Roku fixes this soon, because it's much easier to browse through the web version of the channel store, and the on-device channel store is limited to 41 apps per category.

Also I can not find any place to uninstall the app via computer, tv or Roku box. On computer Roku.com I can see that app is installed but nowhere to uninstall it. I do know how to uninstall apps that do show up on Home Screen.

Finally success. The only way I got access to delete the app was to download Roku app to apple device and then search for the app. Then press * to remove. Then reinstall by entering email and password for app. Scanning qr did not work properly.
