Thanks for sharing your streaming concern inside the Live TV channel on your Roku. We'd be happy to provide further information about this.
We'd like to assess your concern better and would be great if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:
- Are you accessing this directly from the Live TV category?
- Are you unable to press the left arrow button during playback to view the Live TV guide?
- What specific remote are you using? Is this the remote that came with your Roku TV?
- A photo of the issue you're referring to. (How do I insert an image in a post?)
If you open the Live TV channel on your Roku TV, it will automatically show all the available live channels at the moment. You may also modify it by highlighting the channel logos beside the All channels category and pressing the star (*) button on your remote to select Sort channel list.
