I have not been able to view content on any roku channels for a couple of weeks now. This includes subscriptions to things such as paramount on Roku Tv, discovery on Roku and the Roku tv channel itself. I have tried all of the suggested fixes but nothing works. Getting very frustrated paying for subscriptions I can not use. Nothing has changed to make this happen, same devices, same tv same location. Is anyone able to help please.
Same here we are having the same issue for about the same amount of time if not longer help anyone I'm about ready to cancel all my subscriptions and get satellite
If you receive any any error messages please post them.
What results do you get when you run Settings > Network > Check connection?
Everything connects fine. Non roku channels work fine, there are no error messages it just won’t play. I select the show I want to watch, click on play episode and nothing happens. Goes black for a few seconds then back to same screen.
