Hello everyone, I have been trying for a week now to activate both CTV & Global TV with their codes but once I put in the codes, their systems ask for my service provider.
what do you do if you do not have any of their listed service providers.

You will have to ask the channel providers for their assistance. It's entirely possible they simply don't have an agreement with your TV service provider to link the account.
