Installed a 2nd Roku yesterday. CBS app stopped working. Reset bother players mutiple times. Deleted and added channel multiple times,
Which CBS app? Plain old CBS? This one? Not CBS News or CBS Sports?
Assuming the just plain CBS app, you authenticate against your TV provider (cable, etc) right? So, describe "stopped working." Does that mean the app won't even launch? It launches and closes? It launches but the shows won't play? It won't accept your authentication credentials? There are so many things that "stopped working" can mean, all those and more, that a more complete description of the issue would really be helpful. So, what happens? Imagine we're not there in the room with you, but all the way on the other side of the Internet and can't see what you see. Describe it to us.
