Constantly locked out of streaming apps on TCL Roku TV
Hello! We have had a TCL Roku TV for over 3 years and have used apps such as CNN, ESPN, etc without issue. We would activate them with our service provider and watch without issue until the past couple of months. Now, every day we turn the TV on and select one of the apps we are locked out until we sign out, sign back in and reactivate with the a code. What would cause this change? Is there a way to stay logged in for longer than a day? Please advise. Thanks!

Unfortunately none of that has anything to do with Roku. They do not develop the ESPN channel or the CNN channel. Usually what happens when you have to login with a TV provider is that your TV provider is making sure your account is still up-to-date. They aren’t going to allow users to log into a service if they are not paying for it. This may also happen if you are logged into several other devices. So the first place to reach out is to your TV provider. Second place would be to reach out to the channel developer themselves. Are you by chance logging out of CNN or ESPN? And this happens every single day?
