On Season 3, episodes 18, 19, and 22 have the wrong title, Episode "20" Graduation Day part 1 should actually be episode 21, and the actual episode 20, "The Prom", is missing and can't be watched. Please fix this as soon as possible.

Are you viewing Buffy via The Roku Channel, or some other channel app?
I am viewing it on therokuchannel.roku.com website on a PC web browser.
Flagging this to bring it to the attention of Roku employees @RokuDanny-R, @RokuKariza-D, & @RokuMary-F

This is still an issue. I had to switch over to Hulu to watch the missing episode The Prom and episode 18-22 are still mistitled and have the wrong descriptions.
Yep. And many of the previous episodes don't even have titles at all. I just resorted to "alternative methods", meaning I won't have to worry about their terrible buffering issues or any of Hulu's nonsense either.
If they want people to use their services then they need to provide a better option than buying physical media or piracy. They've failed here.
Thanks for the posts.
Please be aware that we are still currently investigating this issue. I currently do not have any details to provide at this time, but once more information is available, I'll be sure to update this Community thread.
Thanks,
Danny
