Blue circle in middle of spectrum app and top left corner. Only way t get rid of it is to restart the channel (spectrum). Removing the channel and restarting the Roku does not resolve the issue. It reocurs.
It only occurs with the spectrum channel, no other channels.

That tells you it's a Spectrum problem and you really need to hammer on them to get them to fix it.
I had this issue, also. I went back to home screen, highlighted the spectum app, hit options, and then check for updates. There were a few updates and now the circles are gone. Hope this helps!
i too am having the blue circle issue. i have had modem changed twice router changed all wires inside and the wires outside coming from cable junction. i have had 4 phone reps and 3 in home service techs from spectrum come to check.
one of the techs said it could possibly be the actual spectrum app. i have not tried without my roku devices to see if it changes anything with the "blue circle" that spins center of and upper left of my tv. there are also "pixelization" that occurs during the transition from the show to the commercial and between the commercials. images and audio overlap and all of this does not happen in any other channel.
all of the techs said especially the last one, "is the spectrum app that important. use other apps to get your channels." i could not disagree with him, but that in my eyes it is not the point. i pay for a service and expect to get it without the "pixelization' and "blue circles!"
@dxaanlere, the blue circle is coming from Spectrum's channel/app. If updating the channel/app didn't help there's nothing Roku can do.
I too have blue moving circle in the middle and upper left corner of my screen.
I bought a new Roku Ultra on Black Friday. I already had a 6 year old Roku Stick and a 4 year old Roku Ultra. I replaced the stick with the old ultra and put the new ultra on my big TV.
The old stick and ultra do not show the blue clockwise circle when watching the Spectrum App, but the new Roku Ultra does. When the blue clockwise circle is visible, on demand channels are very dim.
Reboot the new Ultra and everything is normal for a while, then the blue circle reappears and we're back to the problem.
Since I have two older Roku devices which are running the same Spectrum App, I doubt the problem lies with Spectrum. Please advise how Roku will address this issue. I am not alone.
Had the same issue, hit the home button then highlighted the Spectrum app and hit the settings “*” button and restarted the app. The blue circle was gone on the restart. Hope this helps.
