We sincerely appreciate your patience with the playback issue with the channels. We would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues. A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:

  • When did the issue start?
  • When you go back and then start the next episode, does it play out, or are you still stuck on the black screen?
  • Can you specify what shows, episodes, or channels the issue occurs on?
  • Can you please specify the exact steps you are taking to reproduce this issue?
