I was watching Bayblon5 and just finished watching season two episode 15. I went to start episode 16 and hit watch now and the screen went blank. Nothing comes up. I got out and tried again with another episode same thing. Even went to a different season something. Heck even went back to the episode I had just watched and the same thing. Can someone explain this to me?
I can't explain it, but when strange things like that happen try a System restart found under Settings->System or Settings->System->Power (depending on your model).
I got your point that you're having trouble with episode playback. Have you tried restarting your Roku device? Please follow @renojim's steps. This should help resolve the issue. If it still doesn’t work, let us know, and we’ll investigate further.

Problem is it is Roku tv, so it’s the app on the Tv itself I’m using. I can always try unplugging the tv I guess.
