I just subscribed and paid for the BET + app, and it is not working. What shall I do?

Just subscribed but keep getting an error when trying to start the BET+ app on both of my roku devices.

For more information about that channel's account authentication, you'll want to contact BET+ support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Bet plus is the worst streaming service ever, even its cable station glitches. So not worth it even tho you can’t watch the shows anywhere else, even on bet plus it says video not available. Total waste of time. Idk if it’s sabotage or ignorance. Either way not worth it.

Same here. Only worked for a couple of hours and I can't even get in the app to cancel the free trial
