Loudness of advertisements is so loud that I have to quickly turn down the volume when a commercial comes on and back up to watch the show.?

Go to the audio settings and select Leveling and see if that helps.

The Leveling or Night mode from the Options menu can be enabled with the steps below. If you are watching content from an external device connected to your Roku TV system, like a Blu-ray^™ player or cable set-top box, switch the active input to the external device.

1. Start playing a movie, TV show, or other content
2. Press Star   on your Roku remote
3. Select Volume mode and choose the desired setting

• Note: In some streaming channels, Star   is assigned a different function meaning it will not open the Options menu as described above. In these cases, you must launch a different channel, such as The Roku Channel, and follow the steps above. Once the volume mode is switched, the setting will remain when you return to the original channel.
