Apps not loading takes me to home page everytime, 2 days in a row.

Everytime I try to go on Discovery + or Disney it just takes me back to the home page, I can get on prime and paramount. I did the home button 5 and back 5 and took a pic. I’m new to this tv just about 3 weeks. Any tips? RCA ROKU.

Thanks for providing us with those details. In the meantime, can you please confirm if your Roku TV is currently connected to a network connection? Have you also tried those suggested troubleshooting steps?

Yes I’ve done all that. It’s connected and updated. Still same thing taking me back to home page. Not opening apps.
