Thanks for letting us know about this issue on your Roku device, I'm here to help!
First, please know that apps are linked to your Roku account, not a single device. Therefore, when you add or remove an app on one device, it will reflect on all devices connected to that account.
Do you have more than one Roku device? Also, is the email address under Settings > System > About yours? In the meantime, check out your Roku account to see which devices are connected. Just head to My.roku.com, sign in, and look for My Devices.
