Hi @RokuNimfa-C
I can't enable Bridge Mode with my setup.
This worked few months ago and nothing changed in my connection, that means that either Roku/TCL or Apple changed something in their updates that broke things for people, so you guys should figure this out. There are A LOT of people who are not technical enough to do such task.
My thoughts exactly!
Thanks for following up.
Have you tried to remove the channel and see if it helps? If you haven't tried it yet, you can remove the affected channel and re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
For detailed instructions, refer to this Support link: How do I resolve channel playback issues?
Does this help the issue you are seeing? Keep us posted.
Regards,
Nimfa
Yes I have tried it many times. But like I wrote earlier, the app works perfectly under OS 12 but not if Roku is running OS 11.5. I will therefore wait for the update on my TCL Roku TV. Thanks.
Thanks, it worked.
I deleted the #AppleTV app, did hard reset and reinstalled AppleTV. My library is back. Let's hope it stays that way.
Thanks for the update.
It is our pleasure to hear that the matter has been resolved. We express our gratitude for your effort in doing the recommended steps.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if there is any further assistance we may provide for you.
