Any way to arrange the display of channels on the Home page?

Jump to solution

Our Roku seems to move the channels to different positions almost everyday.  We'd like to permanently have our favorite channels on the top row so we don't have to scroll down and see where they have been placed by who? Not sure why this happens and how to make this work better for us.  We have the basic Roku express.  Thanks for any advice!

Hi, @gmccandless1

Thanks for reaching out to us, and welcome to the Roku Community.

We appreciate you for sharing this with us, and we're sorry to hear about the trouble. You can move the channel/app to your desired position by long-pressing the "OK" button on your Roku remote, and use the directional buttons to navigate at the desired place. After this, we recommend performing a system restart to reboot your Roku device and resolve the issue. To do this, kindly navigate to Settings > System > Power (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart.

After this, please kindly check if the issue persists. Keep us posted on this.

Best wishes,
Kash
