Global TV app channel issues
Hi, When I sign into the Global Tv app on any of my two Roku TV, I get a message saying that I'm susbcribed to Global TV, Global News and YTV (through Bell). I'm not subscribe to YTV, I'm subscribed to the W channel, which I'm trying to watch. When I sign into the Global TV Website, It tells me correctly that I'm signed on with access to Global News, Global Tv and W channel (as expected). Are you having issues with the Roku Global TV app? It doesn't seem to recognize my subscription. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thank you for bringing to our attention that you are not getting the W channel on Global TV through your Roku TV. We're here to assist you with this. Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
If the issue persists, we recommend you contact Globel TV's channel support, as they develop and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
