Thank you for bringing to our attention that you are not getting the W channel on Global TV through your Roku TV. We're here to assist you with this. Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps below:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
If the issue persists, we recommend you contact Globel TV's channel support, as they develop and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently.
