Channels & viewing

Dear All,

I have just installed my Roku Express 4k+ and happily using Netflix, YouTube, Spotify on it. I am trying to find amazon prime video in the listed channels/apps but unable to find it there. Moreover, I don't have a 'search channel' option in Channel Store either. 

Can you help me to add Amazon Prime Video in the listing. 

I am in UAE and we have Amazon Prime available here. My Roku Express 4k+ model number is 3941RW2.

Sorry, Roku doesn't support UAE and some apps and features (like search) won't be available even if they are available on other platforms.  It's up to the provider to make their app available on Roku devices in regions Roku doesn't support and not all do (e.g., Amazon).

Probably not. In the Asian Pacific region Roku is only officially supported in Australia. Nothing in mainland Asia or the Indian Ocean area.
