This show is not watchable at all. It freezes and plays then freezes and plays it really bad. I can watch anything else on max. Is anyone else having this issue?

Try doing a system restart on your device or unplug it for 60 seconds to clear the cache.

I recommend reaching out to Max support and sharing your experience with them. Most apps on Roku are directly managed by their respective channel providers including the contents on their app.
