Tina 5177, what model number do you have? This issue started well over 2 years ago. Did someone give you an older model, or have you recently subscribed to Amazon Prime?
Regardless, you will probably need to purchase a newer ROKU. I think the newer ones start at about $20.00. I replaced my older ROKU box with the Stick version.
