I have 3 Roku Ultra's on the same Roku email account and I have a similar problem. I added Paramount+ channel on one Roku and working/streaming fine, but Paramount+ channel does not show up in the channel list in the other two Ultras unless I manually search for it (or launch it using microphone on the remote).
However, after manually searched for Paramount+, it gave me options to launch or remove so i chose to remove then reinstalling it. After that, Paramount+ channel showed up in all my 3 Roku's.

Welcome to the Roku Community.
We'd like to know more about the issue you are experiencing. To clarify, does all of your Roku devices connected to the same Roku account? To find this, go to Home > Settings > System > About, and it will show your Roku account email address and confirm they have the same information.
Could you also try to add a different channel and see if there's any difference? Have you tried to run a system update on your Roku devices after adding the channel?
Keep us posted on what you find out.

Yes all 3 Roku Ultras are on the same account. Like I said, when I installed Paramount+ channel on the fist unit, installation was successful and the added channel was working fine. I then proceeded to the second (and third) Roku unit but Paramount+ channel was not in the channel list despite several manual system updates & rebooting. When I searched for Paramount+ in "streaming channels", Paramount+ already had a check mark meaning it was already installed/downloaded to this second (and third) Roku unit but it didn't show up in the channel list. I could also launch Paramount+ by speaking into the microphone ("launch Paramount plus").
I decided to manually search for the channel again (on the second Roku), and this time used remove option to remove the channel and reinstalled it. After that, Paramount+ was shown in the channel list of all 3 of my Roku Ultra's. Definitely this is an issue that many of us experienced. Please fix this bug! Thank you!
