A few days ago we wached a show on Acorn TV. Today when trying to play the next episode, and we tried on multiple Roku devices, we get the message "Access to this resource is forbidden by access policy. 2019-304000-000". I logged out and logged back into the account

Having the EXACT same problem and I have already tried everything RokuCarly suggested in their reply. Any other suggestions?
For me it fixed itself overnight and worked the next day.
