I have a Roku TV and a Sony TV with Roku streamig stick.

About a month ago the Roku TV would only play the ABC TV app for about 30 seconds and then it would shut down and go back to the home page.

As of last week on both the Roku TV and the Sony TV with streaming stick the ABC app opens for a couple of seconds and then immediately shuts down and goes back to the home page.

On both systems I have checked for updates and then deleted and reinstalled the ABC app, no difference.

Any help here? The provider I use is Altice.

Thanks for posting here in the Roku Community.

Since thee issue persisted after performing the troubleshooting step you've mentioned, you may want to contact the channel provider's support directly and inquire further about this issue for a workaround that needs an update on their end to resolve this since most channels on the Roku platform are designed and maintained by the channel providers themselves.

Really, it only took you 13 MONTHS to answer me?

I sent the Roku back and got a Firestick. Amazons customer service answered withing 24 hrs., not 13 MONTHS.
