Thanks for letting us know about the issue with some apps disappearing when you try to add Spotify. I’m here to help you out!
Here are some steps you can take:
- Restart your Roku device by heading to Settings > System and then hitting either Power or System Restart. Once that’s done, try adding Spotify again and see if that helps!
