subscription and video camera

Since the last major update. My camera has not been recording. They’ve just been taking pictures and my subscription does not run out until March so it has not been recording for the last month or two. I want to know how we can get them started back, recording video.

We noticed in your post that your Roku cameras are not recording events. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.

It is important to know that Roku cameras will only record events if you have an active subscription to Roku Smart Home. Kindly double-check your Roku account to see if you have an active subscription by following the details below: 

  1. Sign in to your Roku account
  2. Select Manage Your Subscriptions
  3. Under Active subscriptions, you will see if you have an active subscription to the Roku Smart Home app.

since the last major update my video cameras have not been recording. All they have been doing is taking pictures. I want to know how we can get it started back up recording. My subscription is not run out until March not been recording for month or 2.
