Re: "No MicroSD card found" when card is present
I feel the same way, whether it is them making you submit to their subscription, because they do not uphold their promise of receiving notifications after the free term has expired, Or the fact that none of my cameras will recognize brand new SD memory cards, but their customer service has to be the absolute worst

Hi @EasyGoin91,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We appreciate you for letting us know that all of your Roku cameras are not detecting the microSD card. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Kindly follow the details below and let us know if these work for you.
- Make sure the Roku Smart Home app and camera firmware are up to date.
- Ensure that you are using the suggested size microSD card. ( FAT-32 format that is 8GB, 16GB, or 32GB )
- Reformat the microSD card.
- Remove the microSD card, power cycle the camera, then reinsert the microSD card.
- Remove the microSD card, factory reset the camera, then reinsert the microSD card.
- Check to see if another device will recognize the microSD card (i.e.computer, etc.)
- If multiple devices do not detect the microSD card, it may be corrupted. However, if a non-Roku device detects your microSD card, please let us know.
We hope you find this information helpful. Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Riamie

Re: "No MicroSD card found" when card is present
I just purchased a two pack of the indoor camera se. The SD card works fine in one but not the other. This clearly means the second camera’s card slot is defective out of the box. I will be returning it for a replacement.
I tried turning off and on plus doing the factory reset. That should be unnecessary and is honestly a waste of time. Roku should have better quality control over the manufacture of the product.
