indoor camera stopped working.
I moved recently and when i tried to plug my camera back in, in the new place. the light turned red then purple and just shut off.
no matter what i do, it does the same exact thing. i tried deleting the device from my app, resetting the camera, leaving it unplugged overnight, etc. but nothing is working.
i just got this three months ago and will be extremely disappointed if that's how long it lasted.
im at a loss for what to do, i dont want to have to buy a new one. if i do have to purchase something new, it wont be roku because they dont have a long life apparently.

Thanks for bringing to our attention that you're having an issue with the Indoor Camera. We'd like to know more about this.
May we know what error message showing on the camera live stream? Also, just to confirm, have you restarted your router?
