I have tried multiple different things nothing has worked. I just recently got a wire free doorbell and every time I try to turn on the event recording options it says “operation failed.” It will not allow me to turn on recording option and continues to tell me that the operation failed. I have reset the chime, cleared my storage, re added the device, nothing works I do not know why it will not allow me to record on my doorbell. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Same here!! I’ve deleted and downloaded the app 3 times. I deleted and added the camera 5 times and it keeps saying the same thing when trying to toggle recoding or smart detection “operation failed” due to this my camera is not recording and only taking pictures. I have the subscription and it still won’t let me change it because it just keeps saying “operation failed”
