I recently Bought a Wired Video doorbell to add to my smart home setup. For some reason it will NOT live stream on any of my Roku TV's. The cameras stream fine, the doorbell shows up on the device list and even pops up when someone rings the doorbell, but fails to connect every time I try to live stream it on the TV. I have the current firmware 5.0.1.106, I have done all the troubleshooting on the website, restarting devices, modem, router, etc. It live streams on the APP, but not on any of my TV's! I bought this specifically to be able to stream on my Roku TV's and even tried buying another device to see if it was device specific, but it failed to connect on the TV as well. I have seen a few others complain about this with no solutions, please Roku help me...you are my only hope

Regarding your Wired Video doorbell that won't go live stream on your Roku TV please provide us with the Log ID when this issue occurs (from the Roku Smart Home app, select Account > Roku Support > Submit a log).

There is no log to submit. It just says failed to connect to tv and tells me the troubleshooting tips, which I've already done multiple times. The doorbell also won't download files from the app to my phone and is extremely glitchy. I filed a report with Roku about a week ago and they are supposed to be fixing it, but I still can't stream the doorbell on my TV. I'm thinking of returning it because it just won't work. I've seen other posts about this and the are unresolved....
