If I’m paying for the supscrtion how do or where is the footage being sent and where can I view

You need to go to the camera that you are wanting to view. Then look under the "events" tab. That is where your pics and videos are stored.

But they’re only 10-20 second clips. How do I record 247 and be able to see the footage

We appreciate you reaching out about the continuous recording on your Roku Camera and are pleased to assist you.

To record continuously on a Roku Smart Home camera, you can use the Roku Smart Home app to:

1. Select Home from the navigation bar
2. Select your camera
3. Select Settings in the corner
4. Select Advanced Settings
5. Toggle Record to MicroSD card to on
6. Select Continuous

A micro SD card can store various types of recordings, including scheduled recordings, time-lapse videos, and event recordings. You can view some of these recordings directly from the Roku Smart Home app. However, for others, you may need to remove the micro SD card and access them on a computer.
