I'm watching my Roku camera on my Windows-10 PC. I use APowerSoft Mirror . I bring up the camera on my iPhone and then mirror it to my PC running the APowerSoft Mirroring software. Yes, it's hokey, but there aren't a lot of other options out there to do it. I can sit at my desk and watch my Roku Birdfeeder camera on one monitor while I'm working on the other monitor.
