Roku why can there only be one user in video doorbell??? And why don’t you have an actual support page??? If this is not resolved quickly I will be returning it and doing an horrible review to all my followers to never buy Roku devices because no support what so ever. I mean how hard is it to a) create a pin and give it to people who you want to have access. B) Simply say anyone on my network can connect to the camera if they have a Roku account. Geez Roku git with it already waste of money.

The problem is thee is several adults in the household and unless i create one account and share the login with everyone only 1 person can be connected with the doorbell. I don’t want everyone on my account. So from my understanding I can have multiple users on other doorbells. That’s all I’m saying
