Hi @Devall05,

Thank you for your first post in the Roku Community!

We get that are having trouble with your Roku Camera subscription. We are here to assist you with this.

Based on the photo you provided, it seems you currently own two Roku Cameras along with an active yearly subscription for one camera. It's important to mention that the annual subscription fee for each Roku Camera is $39.99. If you're interested in adding a subscription for your second camera, you'll need to purchase an additional Roku Camera yearly subscription at the same price of $39.99.

Alternatively, you also have the option to upgrade your current Roku Camera yearly subscription to a Camera Plus yearly subscription. This upgrade costs $99.99 and covers all of your cameras, allowing you to manage your devices more efficiently under a single subscription plan.

In the meantime, we recommend you log in with your Roku account to check your Roku Camera active subscription.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope you find this information helpful.
