Roku360 Subscription "Smart Detection Options" GONE!

I recently purchased a Roku 360 subscription and 3 days the smart detection recording options: Person, Pet, Delivery, etc are just gone. I checked and I'm updated. My subscription is good. I've restarted the camera completely several times, and my phone and the app several times. If I can not get this fixed, I will CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION.

Thanks for letting us know about having an issue with the smart detection. We're here to help.

Could you please send us a screenshot for reference? Also, have you seen an event recording option in the settings? You may try checking this option to access the smart detection.
