I toggle my wired and wifi outdoor cameras notifications to the "off" position but they still send notifications to my Android phone. I also clicked the notification bell to the off position. I've followed the support's instructions but still no fix. If I would had known this simple feature would have been an issue I would have bought a different brand of security cameras.

To turn off all notifications for your camera or doorbell, follow the steps below.

1. Open your device from the Home screen and tap Settings in the top right corner.
2. Select Notifications.
3. Toggle Send notifications to the left to turn off all notifications.
