We understand you have been having a problem with the Roku cameras since they were loading. We're happy to help. Please try to restart the Roku camera by selecting the desired camera on the Roku smart home app, hitting the gear icon in the upper right corner, and selecting restart device.
If the problem still persists, you may try to remove the camera and add it back again.
