We understand that you're having an issue with your Roku Outdoor Wired Camera power. We would be more than willing to sort this out for you.
Let's see if this will work for you.
Restart your camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
- You can also try to plug it into another power outlet.
Factory reset your camera:
- Plug in your camera if not already powered on
- Press and hold the Setup button for 10 seconds
- Wait at least 30 seconds for your camera to restart
After a successful reset, you will see a blue pulsing status light on your camera and you have to set it up again.
