Thanks for bringing this to our attention that your Roku Indoor camera SE won't power on. We'd be glad to assist you with this concern.
Before we proceed, we would like to know the status light of your Roku Indoor Camera SE.
In the meantime, please follow the troubleshooting steps below and see if this works for you.
Restart your smart camera:
- Unplug the USB cable from the back of your camera
- Wait 10 seconds
- Plug the USB cable back into the power input port on your camera
If the issue persists, delete the camera from the Roku Smart Home app.
- Open the Home screen
- Select your device
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap delete device
Set up your device again:
- Open the Home screen
- Tap the plus sign from the navigation bar
- Select Add device
- Select your device category and then select a device
- Follow the on-screen instructions
